Privacy Policy

This policy covers www.myquickpoolquote.com (the “Site”), the marketing and signup site for QuickPoolQuote, a product of Quick Pool Quote LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, 4079 E Lexington Ave, Gilbert, AZ 85234 (“QuickPoolQuote,” “we,” “us”). It explains what we collect from people who visit the Site or sign up as pool builders, and what we do with it.

It does not cover the homeowner-facing design tool that a builder puts on its own website. When a homeowner uses that tool, the builder decides how the information is used, and we handle it for the builder under our service agreement and data processing addendum. Homeowners should read the privacy policy on the builder’s website.

What we collect

Information you give us

• When you sign up: your name, title, company, work email, phone number (optional), company website, and the plan you choose.
• When you accept our agreements: a record of what you accepted and when, including the time, your IP address and your browser type, so we can show that you agreed.
• When you email or call us: whatever you tell us, and our notes from the conversation. We do not record calls.

Payment information

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Stripe gives us confirmation of the payment, the plan, and the email and name on the account.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser, pages requested and time.

How we use it

• To set up your account, process your payment and provide the service.
• To keep a record of your agreement and respond to questions.
• To send you messages about your account and the service. We send marketing email only if you ask for it or the law allows it, and every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

The Site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If we add tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta pixel to measure visits and our advertising, we will first ask for your permission with a notice on the Site, nothing will load until you accept, and you will be able to say no and still use the whole Site. We would not send those tools your name, email, phone number or anything you type into the signup form, and we would not run them on the homeowner design tool. We would treat a Global Privacy Control browser signal as a decision to decline. We will update this policy before we add any of them.

The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising. We share information with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed for that job:

• Stripe, for payments.
• Resend, for sending our emails, including your agreement confirmation.
• Vercel, which hosts the Site.
• Google, for the Site’s fonts and for our email (Google Workspace).
• HubSpot, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, where we keep contact and sales records.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or in a sale or transfer of the business.

How long we keep it

We keep agreement and payment records for as long as the law or good business practice requires, generally at least 7 years. We keep other signup and contact information while you are a customer and for a reasonable time after.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing email at any time. If you live in a state with a privacy law, such as California, you may have additional rights, including to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To use any right, email help@quickpoolquote.app. We may need to verify who you are, and we may keep records we are required to keep.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, including encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Children

The Site is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
