Wade asks a few questions about how the family uses the yard, whether that is kids, entertaining, laps, relaxing, older family members or pets, and then he designs the pool with them: size and shape, depth and entry style, a spa, water features, lights, equipment, and coping, deck and finish options.

He works from your real menu, so homeowners see your options and not generic ones. He can also explain the general order of how a pool gets built. The homeowner stays in control and can adjust the design in the tool at any time.

Wade does not give prices, ranges, payment terms, timelines, warranty answers, permit timing, exact setbacks or engineering advice. He hands those questions to you, and he offers a “talk to a person” call link when your phone number is on file. His design guidance is built around Arizona, and he tells homeowners that local rules vary and that you confirm the details.
