Straight answers for pool builders

The software, the plans, the leads and getting set up, answered plainly.

Questions pool builders ask

Is this software or a lead tool?

Both. It is design software your homeowners use on your website, and it doubles as a lead tool. They design their own pool on their real backyard, pick materials, and see their design with a price. You get the lead and everything they picked.

Where does the property data come from?

Lot lines and house outlines come from county records and Google imagery where available. It works for any U.S. address. Homeowners can adjust the lot and house outline on the satellite map, and everything is confirmed at your site visit.

Which suppliers are in the catalog?

We are already working with Aquabella and Noble. We load the suppliers and products you work with, with photos and sizes. Send us what you want in it.

Does the homeowner see a price?

Yes, and it is your pricing, not generic pricing, down to the access and equipment runs. The homeowner sees it only after they enter their contact information, so you get the lead first. Their itemized price is emailed to them in seconds along with their design. It is an estimate, and the final price is confirmed at your free on-site visit.

What do I get when a homeowner finishes?

Their name, phone, email and address, plus their design, the equipment, the materials they chose, the concept photos, and when they want to build.

Does it replace my site visits?

No. It leads to more site visits, because it turns visitors on your website into qualified leads. You still confirm measurements, talk to the homeowner, and run your process the way you do today.

Does it replace Pool Studio or my design software?

It can replace the early design work, the part where you or a designer draw concepts for every lead. Many builders can use it so their design software and designer time go to homeowners who are ready to buy. For final plans on sold jobs, you do them the way you do today.

Can it make CAD plans or permit plans?

Coming soon as an optional upgrade you can add and pay for. Today you get the design, the price, the materials, the photos and the lead.

Is the price an estimate or a final price?

It is an estimate. It is built from your pricing, assuming standard soil, access and engineering conditions. The final price is confirmed at your free on-site visit.

Are the photos real?

They are AI concept photos made from the homeowner's design, labeled as concepts. They match the 3D design and the materials the homeowner picked. They do not replace your plans.

How do homeowners find it?

A button or embed on your website, plus a link you can use in ads, social posts and emails.

Who owns the leads?

You do, and only you. Leads are not shared with other builders. They go to your inbox and are held privately for you to follow up.

What do I need to send you?

Access to your website, your pricing sheet, and the suppliers or products for your catalog. Your logo and the phone and email for leads help too.

What happens when I sign up?

You agree to the service agreement and complete payment. We need access to your website, your pricing sheet and the suppliers you work with. Once we have all three, we can get everything running within 24 hours.

What is QuickPoolQuote?

Do homeowners have to create an account?

Is there a contract?

The monthly plan is month to month, so you can cancel anytime. The annual plan is paid once for 12 months of service, and annual payments are nonrefundable.

What is Wade, the AI designer?

Wade is an AI designer that talks with homeowners on your website and designs their pool with them, using your real options. He is clearly labeled as an AI, he hands price, timing and warranty questions to you, and he is included in every plan.

What is the branded proposal?

It is a proposal laid out to help a homeowner decide, with your project photos, reviews and the details that move a buying decision, instead of an invoice or a spreadsheet. It comes in different templates matched to different buyer profiles. It is included in Plan 2 and Plan 3.

Do you build websites?

Yes, with every plan. If you do not have a website, we build one of up to three pages. If you have one, we give it one revision or makeover. We need access to your website to get started.

Do you sell leads?

No. QuickPoolQuote is software. It turns the people already visiting your website into leads, and those leads belong only to you.
