How The Price A Homeowner Sees Is Built

Your pricing, itemized, confirmed at your site visit.

The price a homeowner sees comes from your pricing menu, not a generic calculator. It reflects the shape and size they designed, the equipment and access runs, the upgrades and the materials they picked from your catalog.

When the homeowner sees it

After they enter their contact information. That way you get the lead first. Their itemized price is emailed to them in seconds along with their design.

What the estimate assumes

It assumes standard soil, access and engineering conditions. Anything unusual on a lot is something you find and price at your free site visit, which is why the estimate is labeled as an estimate and the final price is confirmed on site.

Keeping your pricing current

We build the estimate from the pricing sheet you send us when you sign up. When your costs change, email your updated pricing sheet to help@quickpoolquote.app. You review and approve the configuration before it goes live.

Adding suppliers and materials

The catalog holds the suppliers and products you actually work with, with photos and sizes. To add or remove products, send us the list. We are already working with Aquabella and Noble, and we load the rest from what you give us.

For more on what belongs in an estimate, read what a pool estimate includes.
