What we do
How we protect your data
Each of these is how the product works today.
Your pricing stays on our servers
The catalog the tool sends to a homeowner’s browser contains no prices. Pricing is calculated on our servers, and only the final estimate numbers are returned.
No direct database access
Nobody can query the database from a web page. All access goes through our servers.
Encrypted in transit
The site and the tool load over an encrypted connection (TLS). Our database provider encrypts stored data at rest.
Design images are private
Homeowners’ design images are stored privately and shown through short-lived secure links, not public ones.
Leads go only to you
The contact information and designs a homeowner submits are for the builder they used. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your data to train our own models.
Public data, honestly labeled
Lot lines come from public county and appraisal-district data. They are not survey grade, and the tool says so.
Transparency
What we collect from homeowners
When a homeowner uses the tool, we collect their name, email, phone and property address, the lot information for that address from public county data, their design choices and estimate, the photos generated from their design, and any notes they type in. We do not collect payment cards or financial account numbers from homeowners.
