Who it is for

Builders who only need a plan set

This service is for builders who want plans for a single build, and for builders who are not on Tier 3. It adds engineering, which is not part of any QuickPoolQuote tier, and you do not need the design tool or a subscription to order it.

The agreement in plain terms

  • You pay $2,000 once for CAD plans and stamped engineering plans for one pool build. It is not a subscription.
  • It includes a 2D and 3D custom pool design with 2 revisions, construction calculations, plumbing and all building specifications, and standard engineering.
  • Specialized engineering is additional and is quoted separately.
  • We aim to deliver within 48 hours after we receive the information we need to start.
  • Each additional build is a separate order.
  • The fee is nonrefundable once paid.
  • Permit requirements vary by city. Your plans are prepared for your build, and final approval is up to your permit office.

Order form for CAD and engineering plans. This order form is part of, and incorporates, the Master Services Agreement. It covers a one time service and is not a subscription. The fee is $2,000 per build, paid in advance through Stripe, for CAD plans and stamped engineering plans for one pool build, prepared with QuickPoolQuote's engineering partner. The service includes a 2D and 3D custom pool design with two revisions, construction calculations, plumbing and all building specifications for the pool, and standard engineering, which QuickPoolQuote will obtain for Builder. Specialized engineering is additional and is quoted separately. QuickPoolQuote will aim to deliver the plans within 48 hours after QuickPoolQuote receives the information needed to start. Each additional build is a separate order. The fee is nonrefundable once paid, except where the Agreement expressly requires a refund of prepaid fees, and it changes Section 3.6 (Refunds) only to that extent. All other terms of the Agreement remain unchanged.

We record your acceptance and email you a copy of the agreement.

We will record the date, time, and your details as proof of acceptance and email you a copy of both documents. Payment is then handled securely by Stripe.

How fast do I get my plans?

We aim to deliver within 48 hours after we receive the information we need to start.

Do I need a QuickPoolQuote subscription?

No. You can order plans for a single build without using the design tool or being on a tier.

Is engineering included in Tier 3?

No. Engineering is not part of any tier. This one time service adds it for the builds where you need it.

What counts as standard engineering?

Standard engineering is included in the $2,000 and we pull it for you. Specialized engineering is additional, and we will tell you before any extra cost.

Can I get a refund?

No. The fee is nonrefundable once paid, as stated in the order form.

What if I need plans for another pool?

Each build is a separate order. Come back to this page and order again.
